I'm Tariq Ahangar, a dedicated Learning and Development Specialist with a passion for creating impactful educational experiences. Originally from the vibrant city of Srinagar, India, my journey into the realm of education began with a fascination for the intricate workings of mechanical systems.
Having completed my Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lovely Professional University in Jalandhar, I soon realized that my true calling lay in the field of education. Blending my technical background with a newfound passion for teaching, I embarked on a mission to revolutionize learning experiences for students of all ages.
Over the past seven years, I've had the privilege of immersing myself in the dynamic world of instructional design, working with leading educational institutions and organizations to develop innovative training programs. As a creative and innovative learning experience designer, I've crafted course content, learning activities, and training materials that engage learners and deliver measurable results.

Dedicated to continuous learning, I enhanced my skills by exploring adult learning theories and understanding frameworks such as ADDIE and SAM. I participated in courses, webinars, and design challenges, mastering tools like Camtasia and Adobe Captivate to create interactive learning materials. Familiarizing myself with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS) further facilitated effective management of learning content.
I utilize frameworks such as Bloom's Taxonomy, which comprises levels like remember, understand, apply, analyze, evaluate, and create, to design learning objectives that foster critical thinking and knowledge retention. Additionally, I leverage interactive learning materials and assessments to engage learners actively and reinforce their understanding of the content.
